In celebration of Data Privacy Day in 2022, we talked to Paul Nemitz, Principal Advisor on Justice Policy at the European Commission. Paul is often referred to as the godfather of GDPR since he led the work on the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU. Today, we are witnessing the birth of the world's first AI regulation, and Paul has very important thoughts to share regarding this new, groundbreaking piece of legislation.
